Clear guidance on custom items, damaged deliveries, and what to do if something is wrong.

Custom-made items

Because each figurine is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has started.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or another fair resolution.

If we made a mistake

If the delivered order does not match the approved design or order details, contact us and we will put it right.
