How we use the information and pet photos you share with us.
We collect the details needed to make and deliver your order, including your name, email address, shipping address, uploaded pet photos, and order metadata.
We use this information to create your figurine, contact you about the order, take payment, dispatch the parcel, and handle support requests.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
Your uploaded photos and generated 3D assets are used for production and customer support. If you want us to remove old order assets, contact us and we will help where reasonably possible.
